I took my almost 1 year old white wolf to Kristi for his first ever grooming. She kept him all day, taking her time with him and making sure he enjoyed the experience. When I came back he looked amazing and had a smile from ear to ear!!! Koda loved his Spa Day and I will recommend Kristi's to all of my friends!!!

I dropped by Kristi's to see if my little dog needed an appointment to get his nails trimmed,he didn't need an appointment and he was finished in 5 min! It was a great experience for both of us!

ehh.. Mixed feelings. I have to agree with Deborah and some other posts that talk about how long this groomer takes. I dropped off my dog today at 9am per the appointment I made last week.He was really nervous when I dropped him off and I felt bad leaving him. I was pretty disappointed when I called at 4pm and my dog was still not finished I didn't pick him up until after 5pm. 8 hours is a ridiculous amount of time for my dog to be there. An appointment is an appointment and they really need to figure out timeslots. I really felt awful having my dog there all day.

I was a little shocked with the appearance of the establishment as well. It was very cluttered, unorganized and just looked kind of dirty. On a good note I am very happy with the quality of work. My dog looks great and I was really happy with the price. I will give them another try, but when making my appointment next time I will definitely set the expectation that 8 hours won't be tolerated and gain a commitment on pick up time.

Beware. they take a ridiculously long i took my pets in before 8 am (by appt) and was told they would be done @ 2pm..(which is stupidly long as it is) it was almost 6 pm before they were finished.. I had to drive about 20 mi. to do this totally wasted my whole day .. Very scarey place for a pet lover to take their pet.. my 3 were left with no food or water and i seriously doubt let to use the bathroom from 8am-6pm..The best part is one of my papered Yorkies she rudely informed me wasn't a Yorkie but a Silky.. asked my vet and he laughed.. she doesn't even look like a silky..

Good groomer, but. I took my Miniature Schnauzer to her twice. She does a good job with the grooming but keeps the dog too long. I will not tolerate three hours, or more, and she kept him three hours. I found a good mobile groomer to use, instead.

I won't go back. I've taken my dog to Kristi's on two occassions. The first time the cut was totally screwed up and I paid to have another groomer clean up the mess. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and tried a second time only to have my dog sit there all afternoon and when I picked him up he looked awful....

Kristi's Pet Grooming. I made a 10 am appt for my puppy on a Saturday and he was not ready to be picked up until 3:30 pm. I was very upset that my dog was kept in a kennel for so long. Please do not go here if you do not like your dog to be left in a kennel for long periods of time. ** Also, one other key reason I was upset- when I picked up my dog you could see that he was in need of H2O- he was panting and his mouth was dry!

We trust Kristi and her staff. We took our dog Happy to be groomed at a local Vets office years ago, she came home so upset she wouldn't play with her toys for two weeks. We said never again we would do it ourselves and we did. Then I heard about Kristi. I called and interviewed her over the phone and really liked her and her attitude. She is in business to serve the animals she loves to work with and their parents. We took Happy in and she was her same sweet playful self when we picked her up. When we take her in she loves Kristi and Krisi loves her. There is no fear only fun. And she does an awesome job. We have also taken in our very grumpy, extremely huge cat and she did a great job with him too! If you are looking for the best, you found her!
