Rude and expensive. In the last month we have been in this store a few times. The dark haired (henna) lady was extremely rude and condescending. The customer service is non-existent. We returned something today and were told that we could only get an in-store refund on something that was defective when we bought it. My wife asked about why it was missing parts, and the lady said “I don’t know, I don’t live in China”. If you want extremely overpriced stuff, rude staff, and no customer service, this is your place.
