Uncoordinated service.
To begin with - NO CHIPS AND SALSA SERVED!
The menu is a little confusing to figure out (combination meals).
My meal was served with no mention about my husband's meal. By the time I was almost done eating, and I'm a slow eater, he still had no food. He had to get up and go inquire about his food, which was then brought out a short time later, of which I then had to sit and wait for him to eat.
The lady serving the food would bring one dish out at a time, apparently as soon as it was ready, but there was NO COORDINATION OF SERVICE for multiple meals served at one table. Poor lady - a lot of running around!
We were NEVER GIVEN A BILL, so my husband just went to the register. Then the cashier failed to discount our coupon from the Entertainment book, even though it was handed to her on top of the money in plain view. I went back in to talk to her about it and saw that the coupon was sitting right there next to her register: she laughed when I confronted her about the discount and made no further comment while refunding our money.
Further observation of service: a family of 3 who came in and sat at the table next to us waited for close to 10 minutes of never receiving menus nor service. Finally the man got up and went back to the register for menus. Nor did I ever see anyone receive a bill, which makes me wonder about their biz practices.
They seem to stay busy on a early Sunday evening, and some of the other food being served looked good, but my combination meal of 3 chicken tacos made me wish I had of gone to the nearby Taco Bell instead. The chicken within the tacos seemed to be old and chewy, and THE FOOD OVERALL WAS LACKING IN FLAVOR.
My husband had the 7 Mares (seafood) soup: there were 4 types of seafood found, and the 3 crab legs were simply the very ends of the small legs of which there was almost no meat. Lots of carrots, a few potatoes and a couple slices of zucchini. Pitiful!
The large screen TV constantly blaring was overwhelming.
