Incredible Shop!. What a hidden treasure! Brides, don't go to Sacramento, or anywhere else until you've been to A Beautiful Bride! Designer gowns at great prices! What is this shop doing in our little town! The owner and staff are super nice and helpful. They can take care of the entire wedding party. This wedding planning can be so stressful until you find a shop like this. Snaps to Fran and Christine for being so knowledgeable in covering all the details. Thanks to Mary too for providing such incredible quality and service. You really made everyone of us feel so special. I and my bridal party are coming back for every formal occasion!

Tip to brides - These gowns are georgous but they can be heavy. Everyone was so helpful while I was trying them on, but it's still a workout! (But so worth it and so much fun!)

Best bridal shop!. By far, this is the classiest and best bridal shop I've ever visited! They carry the latest in designer wedding gowns, bridesmaids and flowergirl dresses, formalwear, prom gowns, shoes, tuxes, jewelry, accessories, etc. What really made my shopping enjoyable was the extremely friendly and courteous staff. I was dreading looking for my wedding stuff but found it all here and had fun doing it. They made me feel special and didn't set any limit on how many items I could try on. Everything is out of their bags, so I could touch and see the gowns and accessories easily. Very upbeat atmosphere, classy and not stuffy. This place is a delightful change from David's and other shops in town, and carries far more beautiful things. I'm going back later for my Christmas ball dress, too!

Unable to fit dresses or add. I am a bridesmaid in my brother's wedding, I live in Tucson, he and his bride live in Reno, we decided to order bridesmaids dresses through A Beautiful Bride. I was measured at a bridal salon in Tucson with the designer and style of the dress known. In "real life" I am a size 10 or 12. When I was measured the woman told me that I should order a size 14 or 16 since bridesmaid dresses run small.

When my soon-to-be sister-in-law took my measurements to A Beautiful Bride they said I should order an 18 or 20. She called me, I am not an expert but that seemed a bit big, I opted for the 18 and am now paying an additional $50 to have it altered at another bridal salon in Tucson, shrunk to a more appropriate size. This is a different salon than the one I was measured at and they also said according to my measurements I should have ordered a 14 or 16. Not ok.

Issue two is that when we went to pick up the bridesmaid dresses the OWNER took half an hour to determine what was still owed on the dresses. She could not figure out how much was paid on which of the two dresses, how much as tax, etc. She added and readded figures on post-it (not a form designated for such things) it looked like, and was, an amateure move. I don't know if we paid the right amount, or were over or under charged. And the owner became upset with me when I asked how the total was determine (I had to report back to parents for reimbursement :-)). Plus, since they ordered me an 18 (which is a + size) there was an additional $20 fee for extra material which we were not told about when ordering. This information would have also helped get the correct size as I am not a "+ size."

I understand the shop was recently sold before this happened so older, positive reviews many no longer be valid, I would STAY AWAY if you want headache free shopping.

A Bride's Heaven.... I personally loved this Bridal Botique...they have THE most beautiful and unique gowns at this store...and Fran is the most helpful, sweetest woman ever...helped me, my mother, and my assistant to all agree on a gown- a miracle! I went for the 1st time today to look for my gown for my wedding in December and was surprised to find the gown of my dreams. The manager was kind, as well as the other lady with the beautiful eyes that was steaming and organizing... Don't believe the hype...this place is 1st class...the other "cheapy" places don't even come close!!!!

Best Customer Service in Town. My original experience with A Beautiful Bride was renting a Selix Tuxedo for my Wedding. Not only were the staff very knowledgable and attentive, they made me feel right at home. Now everytime anyone I know needs a tux for a formal event I always send them straight to A Beautiful Bride. I would recommed this store to anyone looking for the best service from presale to follow up.

Bridesmaids are not worthy I guess. I walked into look at Bridesmaid dresses to help my friend pick them out for her wedding. I wouldn't say they were rude. But they didn't take time for me. They asked if I was getting married. I said no and from then on they ignorred me. I needed to order three dresses and have them in by April which means I probably would have to pay more for faster shipping. But apparently that wasn't any worry to them. I ended up ordering the dresses online and they'll be here in time with no extra fee.

Remarkable service. Julie at the Beautiful Bride was definitely the nicest person I had met while I was out shopping for my wedding dress with my mom. We had gone to three other bridal shops and just did not get the same service. Julies store had the perfect dress for me with the perfect price. It was definitely meant to be. She also made it very easy on us with all of her recommendations and who we should use for my wedding. Everyone that was involved in my wedding was fantastic. Thanks Julie and Beautiful Bride for your hard work.

I must say things have been better. Since my ordeal in "A Beautiful Bride" I must say, I have had a much better experience working with Julie & Fran. My fiancee will not retract his review. However, Julie and I have worked things out to a certain degree. She still stood by her policy of No Refunds, but did have a talk with her employee that ruined my day.

We are still purchasing our dresses there and am Happy to say Julie and I have remained friends. We have spoke numerous times and she is trying and has tried to make it a Beautiful experience for us. I would recommend shopping with "A Beautiful Bride" either thru Julie or Fran anytime.

They will make your day Fabulous

LOVE THIS SHOP/LOVE THE OWNER/LOVE IT ALL!!. I went in to browse and met Julie, the owner of the store, who is not only personable but incredibly involved in the process of making your dreams come true! When we came in they were so incredibly kind. I found my gown on the first try but everyone wanted me to keep looking to make sure that I loved my gown and though it is a lot of work to get someone in and out of the gowns, Jan, the woman that was helping us, insisted that I do this too. After I chose my gown she said that I should try it on one last time to make sure! Honestly, I will be sad when my wedding is over and I no longer have a real reason to come in and say "hi!" Visit this store, it will only take stress off of your big day!
