All Occasion Rentals was the most affordable rental place we found and were the easiest to work with.
I had filled out one of their forms online requesting all the things I needed and received a quick response quote within the hour. Other companies I had filled out a similar form for quoted me extra for permits and other crazy things I did not ask for. This made our rental decision much easier... Also, with me being nervous about doing transactions over the phone due to credit card fraud, my husband and I drove down to the office to make the reservation/deposit and ask any questions we had.
They were extremely nice and efficient about making sure we had everything we needed for the ceremony, coordinating delivery, and pricing - they gave us a discount that I saw on their website newsletter. Their prices were lower than their competitors in the area and they did not nickle and dime us or try to "push" us to rent anything extra.
From what my friends said of their day-of operation, everything went smoothly. Chairs were delivered and setup on time and the truck came at the very end when all the guests had left. We had stayed behind just to check-in to make sure all was well before we headed off. The driver was very courteous and kept a great attitude as we finished up cleaning. A perfect job for a perfect day! :)
I had a very specific color in mind (a magenta orchid color) and was having a difficult time finding it anywhere until I visited All Occasion Rentals.
Their selection was by far the best I'd seen. I must admit that this was one of the last places that I looked because, there are other companys that have their names out there a bit more. (Most of the other places we went to were so overpriced, but mainly didnt seem interested in looking any farther than my wallet.) All Occasion made me feel welcome, like they actually cared what went on the table. They even dressed a table up with my exact linens and ecouraged me to bring in a mock centerpiece, it was a great experience.
I think that whether you are budget minded or have lots to spend on your linens, they very likely have what you are looking for! In addition, Ashley was wonderful to work with and offered great suggestions based on my wedding venue. She did not try to up-sell anything either, but respected my budget.
I found the delivery option very convenient, since I got the linens two days before the wedding and didn't have to worry about it at the last minute. They were very familiar with our wedding venue and reassured us that we would be taken care of.
The linens really added a nice touch of color to the space, and I am so glad I went with this company!

All Occasion Party Rentals did a fabulous job! They made it easy for us and beautiful for our daughter. Their sugggested ideas for the dance floor, table lay out, choice of chairs, bar, arch, and ,the tables etc were great. The set up allowed and encouraged guests to mingle and enjoy themselves.
The dance floor was the perfect as well, All Occasion came out to our home and set it up under our canopy of trees...after the setup I watched them hand polish it mongram decal in our daughter's wedding colors to apply to the floor, which made is that much more perfect. So many more people danced than expected, we really thought with our crowd it would have been less, but everyone had a ball! The party rocked.
The team who did the set up and take down were polite, fast and efficent. We went out to try and help, but they were done! You can tell that they enjoy what they do and it shows in their company. I highly recommend them!!

All Occasion Rentals was a perfect match our Wedding rental needs. They were suggested by our wedding venue, Chism House.
As promised, it was excellent for our wedding. They have a wide selection of linens to choose from. Being on a budget we were able to get everything we needed and still had enough to add table runners and chair sashes for only $1.00 each which helped add that little bit of color I wanted.
We had everything delivered to help reduce the stress of running around to pickup and bring everything back. Their staff was helpful and patient, and allowed me to try about a billion tablecloths on their tables and encouraged me to take pictures which I didnt even think of, and allowed me to call in and change an order later on. I aso came in a few months before the wedding and brought my centerpiece so I could see my final look! My mom and Maid of Honor came along and were very impressed with how easy those gals made everything.
Needless to say, everything was delivered on time (1-day early actually) and picked up the next day. I loved that I did not need to worry about anything, it really helped us alot! i strongly encourage using this place, they are great!
We recently hosted a Rehearsal dinner for 21 people at our home. I happened to drive by this party rental company which is by our house so I dropped in. I have to add before I go on that this company is in a business park type area so, if you are driving by you can see the sign from the street, but be sure to keep an eye out or you will pass it. Anyways, I went into the showroom and was warmly greeted by one of the sales associates, who gave me a brochure to look over with pricing while I looked through the showroom. They had so many beautiful tables set up with different settings and samples for different themes of all of their china, glassware and linens. I placed our order and Pam who quickly typed up my order while I waited and continued to browse.
When we arrived to pick up our order, the warehouse staff were very nice and loaded everything to our truck making sure it was all secure. We received everything we ordered and were given instructions on return. Everything was well packed and the linens were pressed and clean. After we used everything we just put the dinnerware back in the crates, stuffed the linens into a bag and brought it back with no trouble a few days later. I loved that they were so accomodating with pickup and return...they let us pickup on Thursday and return Monday with no extra charges at all. I know they do offer delivery, but because we're so close my dad and I just drove over.
Just to top off this great experience, I received a hand-written thank you note in the mail from them along with my entire deposit refund. I have told all of my girlfriends and co-workers about All Occasion Rentals and will continue to rent with them for all our parties!
Find Another Company to Rent From....
I am usually a very easy person to please and do not publically voice my opinion; however, the experience I had with this company makes me passionate about warning people to NOT rent from this company. While the rentals were fine their customer service and communication is HORRIBLE. I felt like a nuisance for calling, wondering about my deposit. They were extremely rude and treated me like an idiot. They rushed me off the phone and said they would call me back in a couple of hours. I really don't think it would take that long to look into this matter. Regardless, I never did receive a call back and had to eventually give them a call myself. The lady was extremely snotty and a smart a$$ acting overly nice to mock me.
I can also relate to how different each quote was that I received and I never received a final quote before the rentals were delivered which was almost $100 more than the original quote. When I called to see when I would be receiving my deposit back they stated that they had called me about a missing part and I never returned their call. I guess I am the dumb one because I never received such a call or message. They called the person who had reserved the rentals NOT the individual who had filled out a reservation form which included my address, telephone number, credit card number etc. They never called the person that put down the money and deposit - you would think that would be the person to call since they are the ones that are going to be concerned about receiving their deposit back. It was disconcerting to be rushed off the phone and treated like ultimate crap. I had to call back several times because I was not finished with simple questions such as "Do you have the correct address to send the check to" since they obviously had difficulty contacting the correct person in the first place due to the fact that she simply said bye and hung up the phone. In addition, I did not receive all of my deposit back. They charged me $20 dollars for a $1 rental that was 5 days late even though I only found out about it on Friday and returned it on Saturday. You would think they would be more understanding. When asked why I was being charged so much for a simple bungee tie down, they stated, and I quote: "It was just stuff that was a few dollars here and there." They couldn't give me any specific reason as to what that was exactly. I finally just told myself I can be the bigger person and take what they will give me back because customer service and satisfaction is obviously not something they are interested in valuing. Not impressed at all. If they want to keep their customers they should treat them better. Not only will I not rent or refer people their way I am going to voice to people NOT to rent from this company. Hopefully there is a chain reaction. My wedding coordinator is also heavily considering pulling them out of her client's future business. Why would she want her clients being treated like this by this shady rental company? Just go somewhere else. Period
Whatch for the extra charges.
When you rent furniture and several items for a party, is because you want to save yourself of all the stress that goes with the transaction, throwing a party is already stressful, no need to add extra drama.
This was our second time renting form . Nice wedding and time. The next day they came early, took all the stuff down moved from our backyard and by noon, it was all over, great service a 10 out of 10.
This past weekend my wife graduated from UNR and we rented one more time, since we had a good experience last year. To our surprise, they were leaving all the tables, chairs, umbrellas, etc. curbside. When we explained the driver and helper that they were supposed to place all the stuff on the backyard, they replied that those were not their instructions. Called their office and I was told that the driver and helpers who did the wedding last year made a mistake!
Fine, at least we had the entire rental where we wanted. Sunday came for the pick up and, the driver saw all the rentals on the back yard so he left it behind. I call on Monday asking why they haven?t picked up their stuff. I was told that the driver though we were still using it, as all was as you leave things after a party (!). I was told if I wanted the driver to tear down and move all the rentals from the back yard it would cost us $1 per chair, $5 per umbrella. etc.
Any way, this year I give them 4 out of 10. Customer service and satisfaction is not equal to charge for every single aspect of a transaction, if so, be OPEN upfront, who has the time to set up all the rentals before the party and energy to tear it down after? At no point I was offered the ?don?t worry, since you are a returned customers, we?ll take care but remember next time? or something like that. Just pay or do what I thought I paid and had experience in the past. Next time we will be going some place else, where, we may end paying more but, at least we will know what we are getting.
