Editorial Review for Alpine Meadows – by Eric Rorer
In Short
The resort takes up two sides of an 8,637-foot mountain. The front boasts the hardest runs with more than a dozen double-blacks. The back consists of a huge bowl, sporting countless wide-open single blacks, a few doubles and a bonanza of blues. Snowboarding facilities include a major half-pipe and full terrain park. Geared toward the experienced skier, there is a limited selection of beginner terrain and occasional overcrowding.

I have a season pass at Alpine and have ridden there about 25 times this season...the park is always changing and the jumps are well done, not to mention huge! The spring pass for $99 is a steal!
